CASE STUDY: LEADING PLASTIC SURGERY PRACTICE

2017 - 2020

With this project, I helped my client set up a long term plan with long term benefits. I then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them with implementation, and a roadmap for continued success moving forward. 

Marketing / Business Development functions included: all aspects of Digital Marketing; Branding, Website Design and Development, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Web Analytics and promoting physician, nurse injector and multiple skin care specialists. These functions helped the practice achieve astonishing growth without adding additional support to the 10 employee staff.

CASE STUDY: LEADING DERMATOLOGY CENTER & MEDI-SPA

2008-2017

This project is a great example of how I keep my clients’ best interests in mind. We started by conducting a thorough budget analysis, and slowly built a long-term plan for the next few years.

Marketing functions include all aspects of Digital Marketing; Branding, Website Design and Development, Email Marketing database setup and implementation, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Web Analytics. In the marketing industry, each situation is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. For this project, I helped my client define the ideal outcome for the situation, and through strategic planning we were able to achieve a great end result.

Marketing and Information Technology functions for this B2B company which manufactured printing and coding solutions for Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Prepared Foods, and Meat & Poultry industries.
